Ongoing care covers reviews to adjust the programming once you have worn the aids in real situations, replacing domes, tubes and wax filters as they block up, cleaning and servicing, and repairs done in the clinic or returned to the manufacturer under warranty. We re-test over the years as hearing changes.
Funding pathways
We set out the pathways before anything is ordered. Eligible pensioner concession card and DVA card holders may access services under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program; eligibility criteria apply.
