How CQ Audiology handles errors and updates on this website, and how to tell us about a mistake.
We want the information on this website to be accurate. If you find something wrong, out of date or unclear, please tell us and we will review it.
How to report a mistake
Email reception@cqaudiology.com.au or phone (07) 4848 6528. Tell us the page address and what looks wrong. If you can point us to a source, such as a government or professional body page, that helps us check faster.
What we do
- We check the report against reliable primary sources and our own clinic information.
- We correct confirmed errors as soon as we reasonably can.
- If a change affects the meaning of a page in a significant way, we note the correction on the page.
- We reply to the person who reported it when we can.
Updates and reviews
We review pages when funding rules, regulations or our services change. Pages that cannot be verified are updated or removed.
Medical and regulatory content
Our hearing health information is general and is checked against Australian regulatory and professional guidance. It is not a substitute for advice from your audiologist or GP.
